Are these official Sony DualShock 4 controllers?
Yes, we exclusively use brand-new, authentic Sony DualShock 4 controllers as the base for all our custom mods to ensure the highest build quality and compatibility.
What kind of modifications do you offer?
We offer a wide range of enhancements including back paddles, hair triggers, tactile clicky buttons, interchangeable thumbsticks, and premium aesthetic shells with various finishes.
Will these mods give me an unfair advantage or get me banned?
Our mods are designed to improve ergonomics and response times. They do not include 'cheat' software or scripts that violate PlayStation Network's Terms of Service, making them safe for online play.
How long does shipping take for a custom build?
Since each controller is hand-modified and rigorously tested, please allow 5-7 business days for assembly before your order is shipped via your selected courier.
Do you provide a warranty on modified controllers?
Absolutely. All PS4 Controller Mods come with a 90-day warranty covering both the internal electronics and the specific modifications we have installed.
Can I send in my own controller to be modified?
Currently, we only sell pre-modified new controllers to ensure the integrity of the internal components, but we are looking into a 'Send-In' service for the near future.
