Secure Packaging
Place the controller in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all custom accessories and cables are included.
Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the mod components and controller condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
